About Northland Mortgages

Dennis Gaetz founded the company back in 1975, and he is still here over three decades later helping Quesnel residents finance their dreams. Dennis is the company’s owner, agent, and licensed broker.

Lorraine Hamel has lived in Quesnel for 37 years. She has over 32 years of banking experience including certitication as a licensed mortgage broker.

Francine Gaetz has over over 30 years experience in banking and financial services. She is well known for her tireless voluntary efforts throughout the community. In addition to managing the office she handles the RRSP and investment portion of the business. Francine is also a licensed sub-mortgage broker.

Deleenia Lovell and Debbie Beiswanger are both long time Quesnel residents. Both receptionists are personable, knowledgeable and take pride in providing that one-on-one personal touch ensuring exceptional service.
